T- Time-bound.

The goal of your first-month trying to lose weight and adopting a healthy lifestyle is to get everything set up. Get familiar with the vocabulary of weight loss. Like most people, this is the time to unlearn what we think we know about weight loss. Take this time to research and learn how to lose weight the healthy way. Be a beginner. It’s okay! Enjoy being new and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
