7 Day Diet Plan For Weight Loss

Before I did this diet, I was a little bit out of shape and unhealthy. I have a really sensitive stomach. When I’m eating a lot of crap, my tummy is usually the first to pop out.
The annoying thing is that when I’m trying to lose weight, the tummy is the last to go. When I’m bloated, I usually have low energy, I’m irritable and I’m so difficult to live with.
Before you judge me that the nutritionist is not eating healthy, I just moved to Lagos and I had issues with accommodation. I had to live with a family before securing my own place and I’ve pretty much been eating carbs and processed foods.
So, here I am from eating Indomie and other crap!
I made a post on my Instagram page about noodles and the amount of salt in the sauce. That alone is enough to cause bloating from water retention.
If you must eat noodles, add your own stew on it like you would pasta and if you must use the sauce, make sure you not using more than half.

I don’t know about you but when I’m trying to lose weight I need to know my why. Usually, I like to kick-start things with a low carb, moderate fat, moderate protein diet. Because I really love my carbs, I need to be mentally prepared before kickstarting my journey.
